This week Ben Manis sat down with Michael Heaston, Artistic Administrator of the The Metropolitan Opera, to discuss his career, working with young artists, and how to foster positive mental health habits in our communities.

"There might be a systemic issue in the way teachers and students relate with one another. I think we have to be really careful to identify where does the line of being teacher end, and when are we getting too personal with our students. I hear too often from people in teaching positions that they feel their job is being a therapist… I think that’s a slippery slope"
